Things To Do During the F1 Summer Break

Things To Do During the F1 Summer Break

The lights may be out on the track, but your summer doesn’t have to slow down. Whether you’re sipping champagne by the pool, jetting off to a dreamy destination, or perfecting your race-day wardrobe, here’s your ultimate guide to making the most of the F1 summer break, in true paddock style.

1. Create or join our Paddock Club playlist on Spotify (and pretend you’re part of it… because some version of you is!)

We’ve recently created a community Spotify “Paddock Vibes” playlist where you can add your favorite songs that fit the paddock vibe. While listening, imagine this: it’s a sunny weekend at your favorite track. You’ve planned amazing outfits and hairstyles, and you’re about to enter the paddock club. You’re greeted with a glass of champagne and meet some exciting people. You’re there for the vibe, and it’s amazing. You think, “This is exactly how I imagined it.” You root for your favorite team while enjoying the paddock club offerings.

2. Treat yourself to paddock-inspired pieces (because you deserve it!)

What’s better than the perfect outfit for every occasion? Exactly—nothing. Treat yourself to our F1-inspired signature tee, designed not only to make you look as if you’ve stepped straight out of the paddock club but to make you feel it, too. Crafted from luxuriously soft 100% organic cotton, it wraps you in comfort and style.(Pssst! Exclusive packaging and goodies await first-time buyers.)

3. Plan how you’ll romanticize your next race-day evening

Whether it’s a solo date vibe or a get-together with your fellow F1 girlies, plan how you’ll watch the next race. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just something to make the first race after the break feel special. My favourite way to watch a race is getting all cozy, wearing our F1 signature tee of course, sipping one or two fun drinks, maybe enjoying a little snack, and watching the race on TV with my mom.

4. Try recreating F1 WAG makeup looks

Our beloved F1 WAGs always look amazing, not just their outfits, but their hair and makeup too. Why not try to recreate some looks? It’s fun, and you’ll get that paddock-club/WAG feeling as well.

5. Watch or rewatch F1: The Academy on Netflix (we love women in motorsports!)

While F1 is always about the races, it’s important to remember that women compete in the very same cars, and they’re exceptionally talented. If you haven’t yet watched the series on Netflix, I highly recommend it. It’s truly remarkable to see how they train and the incredible stamina they possess.

6. Create a vision board for the GP of your dreams

I personally am a big advocate of creating vision boards for the goals you want to achieve, so why not craft one with an F1 twist? Whether your dream is simply attending a race or stepping into the paddock club, a vision board will bring you closer to it. It transforms your aspirations into vivid, tangible visuals your brain can truly connect with. By seeing your dreams daily, you sharpen your focus, uncover new opportunities, and maintain motivation, even when challenges arise. It’s not magic, just mindset plus action. Combine it with a clear plan, and it becomes your compass for growth.

7. Visit a luxury car showroom near you

If you feel like getting out and about, consider exploring car showrooms nearby, or even a short drive away. It’s absolutely worth it. There’s something fascinating about seeing such a variety of vehicles, from sleek modern models to timeless classics. Best of all, most showrooms welcome visitors free of charge, so you can enjoy the experience without spending a cent.

8. Learn something new about motorsport and the paddock

You know that saying, “The more you know, the more you realize you don’t know”? Motorsport is the perfect example. Even if you think you know a lot, there’s always something new to discover. And if you’re just starting out, you’re in for a delightful surprise. After all, knowledge is undeniably sexy! For instance, did you know that the Paddock Club sometimes serves menus crafted by Michelin-star chefs, each inspired by the host country? It’s not just luxury food, they carefully tailor every detail to reflect the essence of the race location.

9. Book a go-karting session with friends

This one isn’t for everyone, but for a taste of racing excitement, gather your F1-loving friends and book a Go-Karting session. It’s a playful, adrenaline-filled way to experience the thrill of the track and get a glimpse of what it feels like to be in the driver’s seat, if only for a moment.

10. Decorate your space with motorsport touches

Adding motorsport-inspired decor is an easy way to bring the paddock vibe into your space. F1 Lego sets and our F1 stickers are some of my favourites. They’re cute, subtle, and perfect for fans of “quiet luxury.” Your space gets a racing touch without being over the top.

11. Try a racing simulator at an arcade or lounge

Now, this is something I haven’t personally tried yet, but I would definitely love to. If you’re lucky, you might have a simulator like this nearby. Or perhaps someone in your circle does. Even if it’s not a full simulator, a PS5 racing game can give you a taste of the experience.

12. Plan a ‘Race Day Brunch’ with friends

If you have a small group of friends, or even just your best friend or your mom, you can plan a “Race Day Brunch” in true paddock club style. Set the table with fresh flowers, pour some champagne, and include croissants or any treats you love. Dress up, play your paddock club playlist, and immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Imagine yourself as a paddock club member, enjoying the company and the anticipation before the race begins.

13. Recreate an iconic WAG look

Go beyond makeup and really immerse yourself in paddock glamour by recreating iconic WAG outfits. Think bold prints, elegant accessories, and statement shoes. Whether you do it solo or with friends, this is an opportunity to experiment with your personal style and try combinations you’ve never considered.

14. DIY race-inspired jewellery or support small businesses

Everyone loves jewellery, and to give yours a subtle racing-inspired twist, you can create your own race-themed pieces. Use pearls, yarn, beads, or wire for a more elegant touch. If DIY isn’t your thing, you can also support small businesses that sell F1-inspired jewellery—there are so many amazing options out there. You can easily find them on Etsy or TikTok.

15. Visit a stylish rooftop bar

This pairs perfectly with numbers 4 and 13. Grab a friend, dress to impress, and head to a chic rooftop bar for drinks. Play the Paddock Club playlist on the way to set the mood, and the moment you step onto the terrace, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported straight into the heart of the paddock club itself. Trust me, the views, the vibe, and the energy make it an unforgettable experience.

16. Go vintage shopping for motorsport memorabilia or clothes

Hunt for hidden gems at vintage stores, thrift shops, or online marketplaces. From retro racing jackets to vintage car posters or F1-branded collectibles, you can infuse your space and wardrobe with unique pieces that tell a story. It’s a fun, sustainable way to explore motorsport history while expressing your style.

17. Read a race-trope book

If you’re into romance and books, you should really try out books with the race trope. There are some amazing ones out there. You can look on TikTok for inspiration or even write your own little story à la Wattpad.

19. Create your own paddock mocktail or cocktail

Get creative! Mix your favourite flavours or invent new combinations. Trial and error is part of the fun, and you might just discover your new signature drink. Maybe it’s a sparkling rose for glamour or a dark espresso-based cocktail for speed vibes. Share your creations with friends during a “race day” brunch or evening watch party.

20. Go car spotting

Grab your bestie, download a car spotting app, and go for a hot girl car spotting walk. Moving. your body while also spotting amazing cars is such a great combo. Oh, and you can also catch up on all the gossip.

Hope this gave you some ideas on what to do during the F1 summer break.
